If you've been wavering about coming along before, now is a great time to take the plunge. Great for anyone wanting to learn how to de-stress, unwind and connect with your inner wisdom.

Participants note, you will not be giving each other healings, but Elizabeth will be personally conducting these, allowing everyone more time to lap up the healing waves.

Sonic Tonic is THE monthly sound session in Adelaide where you will be transported to other realms and become balanced and energised with music, colour and aroma from the universe.

Why does Sound & Colour work?
All physical matter of which we are a part is comprised of waves and particles of sound and colour. To shift our moods and change our emotional states instantly we need only run music and colour through ourselves and we are instantly lifted and shifted, effortlessly!

Elizabeth brings various instruments from around the globe as well as a myriad of coloured fabrics and essential oils to swathe you in.
Please bring cushions if you require as you will be lying on yoga mats for part of the evening.
