PERSONAL SESSIONS
"I came to Elizabeth because I felt the need to reconnect to my
true self. I had been on a journey of self discovery for some time
but I just could not find that elusive "key". Three consecutive
years of pneumonia was telling me I needed to find that "key" and
soon!
Elizabeth's sessions are nurturing providing a safe haven to explore
and discover your true self. Through sound, colour, light and divine
guidance she lovingly supports you on your journey.
Through contact with Elizabeth I then started attending the weekly
Energy Booster meditation group. The experience has been wonderful,
meeting up with like minded people who are also on their journey
back to self. Amazing! If you are reading this and thinking but
I don't have time, I can't afford it and the hundreds of other
blocks we can so easily think
of. My response is, I hear you, that was me, now it is time to

GROUPS
"The 'Energy Booster Shots' on Wednesday evenings are always very interesting
and fun. It's the first class or group I've attended that I commit to being there
each fortnight and a lot of that has to do with Elizabeth. She is a fountain
of knowledge about so many things and makes it personal by drawing on what energy
each person brings with them to the group. The session I had with her was insightful
and inspiring. Elizabeth inspired me by focusing on my potential and what I can
accomplish if I focus. I refer a lot to the information she passed on to me in
the session we had and from the 'Energy Booster Shot' evenings every day and

"My name is Amanda. I discovered Elizabeth's Energy Booster nights
when I went for a walk one day. I took the flyer home and was instantly curious
and
it appealed to me. I attended a session on a Wednesday night after work.
After a long day at work in a working environment that is starved of people that
are in tune with their emotional/spiritual being, and in an environment that
does not encourage emotional fulfillment but ego and power, it is nice to gather
with people to get in touch with things higher than ourselves. Sometimes being
emotionally awoken can feel lonely as it seems not many people around you feel
the same way. It can feel isolating. These discussions can reassure you that
there are people out there that feel the same way and that they do believe in
a higher sense of self and are also searching for a higher and more fulfilling
sense of self.
